Where a place can be lost

Qualifying for the Order of Merit

A member must play at least four counting competitions in the year and be paid up on the day of each. Scores from a round played while subscriptions are outstanding are recorded but do not count towards the season table.

Ending a membership

A member may resign at any time in writing; fees already paid are not refunded. The committee may suspend or terminate a membership for unpaid subscriptions after two written reminders, for a breach of the conduct expected on a host club's course, or for falsifying a Score card. Termination is decided by a majority of the committee and the member has a right to be heard first.

Score card links

Send one player their Score card link

Optional. One message to the group with the member sign-in link is usually enough. Use these for a guest, or anyone who has not signed in: each link opens one player's Score card for this event, after the last three digits of their mobile. It sends from your own WhatsApp, texts or email, so it costs nothing. Each button opens the message ready to go; you press Send. On a laptop, WhatsApp opens WhatsApp Web.

Poor signal on the course
